Do you have a preferred layout / design for adventure modules?

For example, do you prefer the adventure module to list out a dungeon room by room.. with all of the information relevant to that a room grouped into one spot (description, bad guys, loot, etc)? Or do you prefer one chapter with all the room descriptions and basic monsters for that room, but list the monster stats and their dropped loot in another chapter?

We really need to ruminate on adventure module layout. Needless page flipping could really get eliminated, I suspect.
